Welcome to Tour Bay Golf. By booking our services, accessing our website, or participating in any Tour Bay Golf event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

    1. Services

Tour Bay Golf provides mobile golf simulator rentals and related event entertainment services for private parties, corporate events, weddings, fundraisers, and other special occasions.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation by Tour Bay Golf.

    2. Reservations and Payments

A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required to secure an event date.

Final payment is due according to the terms outlined in your event agreement or invoice.

Tour Bay Golf reserves the right to cancel or refuse service for unpaid balances.

    3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customer Cancellations:

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may result in forfeiture of all deposits paid.

Rescheduling:

• Requests to reschedule are subject to availability.
• Tour Bay Golf will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes.

Weather-Related Events:

For outdoor events, weather conditions may impact setup and operation. Tour Bay Golf reserves the right to modify, delay, relocate, or cancel services when conditions are deemed unsafe.

 

    4. ​Event Site Requirements

The customer is responsible for providing:

• Adequate setup space
• Access to electrical power within a reasonable distance of the setup location
• Safe and level ground conditions
• Necessary venue permissions and approvals

Tour Bay Golf reserves the right to refuse setup if site conditions present safety concerns.

    5. Participant Conduct

Customers and guests agree to use all equipment responsibly.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Misuse of golf clubs, simulator equipment, screens, projectors, or electronics
• Intentional damage to equipment
• Unsafe or reckless behavior
• Use of equipment by individuals under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol if safety may be compromised

Tour Bay Golf reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if unsafe conditions exist.

 

    6. ​Damage to Equipment

The customer may be held financially responsible for damage caused by negligence, intentional misconduct, or unauthorized use of Tour Bay Golf equipment.

Repair or replacement costs may be charged when applicable.

    7. Assumption of Risk

Participation in golf simulator activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Struck golf balls
• Golf club swings
• Slips, trips, and falls
• Equipment-related incidents

Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

    8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tour Bay Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Tour Bay Golf's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable event.

    9. Photography and Marketing

Tour Bay Golf may photograph or record event setups for promotional and marketing purposes.

Customers may request exclusion from promotional use by providing written notice before the event.

    10. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, graphics, website content, photographs, and marketing materials remain the property of Tour Bay Golf and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

    11. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages regarding:

• Event confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Booking updates
• Customer support communications

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

    12. Changes to Terms

Tour Bay Golf reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
